An online digital portal and finding guide for all materials and photographs related to the Civilian Conservation Corps in Idaho during the Great Depression. The Civilian Conservation Corps was the most popular and longest lived of the New Deal programs initiated by the Roosevelt administration to mitigate the impact of the Great Depression during the 1930’s. The CCC was a large program, eventually involving close to three million young men and Idaho had hundreds of camps. The CCC program had a lasting social, economic, and environmental impact on Idaho.
