The Hollingshead Homestead, encompassing approximately three acres in the foothills of the Teton Mountain Range, consists of eight buildings and three associated structures. The property was homesteaded in the early 1900s by two brothers, Miles and Karl Hollingshead, who acquired it through the Homestead Act of 1862, and constructed all of the structures on the property. The oldest structure dates from approximately 1906 while the newest was constructed in 1935. The homestead lies within a 40-acre conservation easement property with the Teton Regional land Trust.
