Location: 513 Lena Street, Salmon, Idaho 83467

The First Presbyterian Church Salmon Idaho was constructed in 1903 and was dedicated in March of 1904. The building is frame construction with gable roof in an L-shaped plan and random shingle siding, with a bell tower featuring a pure hip roof. Sometime in the first half of the twentieth century a basement was excavated under it and a covered stairway was attached to the east side along McPherson Street. The church was made accessible with the addition of a ramp on the west side in 1995. In 2003 another stairway was built on the back of the church and the one on the east was removed, and a new cedar roof was added with help from an IHT Heritage Grant in 2006.

The church has been home to the same congregation for 120 years and counting, and it currently hosts the Lemhi After School Program and AA meetings in addition to its worship services.
