The present-day Daughters of the Utah Pioneers Relic Hall was the first public building in Georgetown. Built from local hand-hewn logs, it originally stood on the north side of 4th Street north West. It was moved to its present location to be used as a Relief Society House until the new chapel was built in 1961. Bishop Floyd Clark deeded the building to the DUP in 1978.
