As part of the Old Town Pocatello Foundation’s ongoing Relight the Night initiative to restore and preserve neon signs throughout the city’s historic downtown, the Faun’s Motel historic sign will be relit in its original location in the Spring of 2021. The motel was originally built in 1955 by Faun and Leo Howard, and the Howard family still owns the building and uses it as an apartment complex.
2020 – Repaint the sign and repair nine broken sections of neon.
